Lizology By Appointment Terms & Conditions

Thank for considering our Lizology By Appointment service. Before you submit your Appointment Request, we want you to understand the nature of this service. In addition to our General Terms & Conditions, the following Terms apply specifically to our Lizology By Appointment service:

  1. Your Appointment Request will be reviewed by one of our associates, and you will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm the appointment time you requested. We will do our best to accommodate the time that you requested. Due to the nature of internet submissions and other factors, however, we cannot guarantee that the appointment time you requested will still be available while we are in the confirmation process. In the event that your selected appoint time is not available, we will work with you to schedule a different appointment time that works for you.
  2. If you decide to cancel or modify your Appointment Request before it is confirmed, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing liz@lizology.com, or by calling 603-319-8216. A charge will apply, however, if you cancel after an Appointment is confirmed (see item 3, below)
  3. Once we agree on an appointment time, we will send you an email that includes this time. The email will also include a link to purchase the Lizology by Appointment service from our website. This payment of $45 must be made in advance of your appointment. We cannot confirm and hold your appointment time until we receive this payment, so please submit it as soon as possible after you receive our confirmation email.
  4. The amount you pay for this service will be applied to any purchase that you make during your Lizology By Appointment visit. It cannot, however, be applied to Lizology purchases on the internet or purchases during other visits to the store.
  5. Once the appointment is confirmed, this charge for a Lizology by Appointment service is non refundable. If you must cancel for unforeseen reasons, Lizology can, at its discretion, reschedule you for another appointment time at no additional cost.
