Sales Tax

Lizology charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable sales tax rate of the state to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

Refunds may be made within 10 days of the original shipment date through mail or in store. Please be sure the returning package is postmarked within that 10 day period.  No refunds will be made for items postmarked after 10 days of the original shipment date.

Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days from the original shipment date. Please have items postmarked within that 30 day period.  Cost of shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. No store credit will be made for items postmarked after 30 days of the original shipment date.

When returning unused and tagged merchandise, please include your original invoice in your package. If a new size is needed, please make note of it on the invoice. Once the item is received, a refund will be made or merchandise credit will be issued electronically and a gift card for that amount will be sent to you. 

If returning online purchases in store please be sure to bring the original packing slip.

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately we are unable to accept Lizology gift cards on our website.  However we can process your order using a gift card over the phone at (603) 319-8216.
